So since things have been going so shittily lately, we're thinking of fostering and/or welcoming a greyhound into our family.
We're not sure how the cats will react.
But we are seriously thinking of it and are going to see some greyhounds this weekend.

- 4 miscarriages, 3 failed IVFs with PGD, 2 different sperm donors, 1 diagnosis of balanced translocation. Now we are the proud parents of a boy via domestic infant semi-open adoption. We had a failed match for kid #2 and are now matched again.

That is cool that you are looking into fostering greyhounds! My teaching assistant used to do that if you wanted to talk to her, I might could hook you up. She's in Colorado. Greyhounds are soooooooooo sweet!

Good luck with the greyhounds. Although adding dogs to our household was a huge change, and a lot of work, I find their relentless enthusiasm for everything rather infectious. It's nice having them around.
A childhood friend had a greyhound and it was SUCH a great dog. I think it's really cool that you are considering this.
