T is on board with exploring the donated embryo option. His biggest concern is FET success rates. They seem to be under 40%, even with donor gametes.
I'm not sure I could do more than one try, but I kind of want to try it just the once.
I'm trying to schedule some consults to see if we can get things ironed out.
I never thought this would happen.

The stats on FETs vary wildly from clinic to clinic. Also, what process was used to freeze the embryos makes a huge difference. My suggestion (especially if you only want to do this once) is to really research the options. We just went with the nearest big clinic. It worked out for us, but, in retrospect, I really, really should have done a lot more homework.
Wow! This is an exciting turn of events. I don't know anything about the embryo donation option, but I'm happy for you and hoping for the best.
